NekoHTML Readme

Building
--------

You can build NekoHTML with the supplied build.bat file by
typing the following:

  > build -f build-html.xml (target ...)

The default target will build the entire package.

To build NekoHTML, you need Ant and Xerces2. The first time 
you try to build, it will tell you is required and where to 
download the necessary packages.
