Feel free to bug me about getting some of these items done:

- Check that scripts don't save over each while executing.

 - XDND:
     - action_choose_dialog not yet supported (never called)
     - widget_delete_selection not yet supported and DELETE requests are ignored
     - INCR protocol not yet implemented

- Use WM_ATOMS to test for an already running cooledit, then
    don't make a colormap. (Colormap is not duplicated anyway,
    since initapp checks for existing colors that are close.
    This item is more for the grey-scale stuff in libCw that isn't
    used by Cooledit.)

- WM_FOCUS events. Fvwm-95 doesn't seem to generate these??

- Info browser.

- Function key bar like in the Midnight Commander.

- Check other editors for features that Cooledit doesn't have.
