This package requires the following Perl modules:
  File::Spec
  Archive::Tar
  IO::Zlib
  CPAN::DistnameInfo
  DBD::SQLite
  File::HomeDir

Installation follows the standard
   perl Makefile.PL
   $MAKE
   $MAKE test
   $MAKE install
or, if Module::Build is available,
   perl Build.PL
   perl Build
   perl Build test
   perl Build install
