A utility for collecting internal GPU state,
nvidia-debugdump, is
included with the NVIDIA Linux graphics driver. After installing
the driver, you can run this utility by running:

    % nvidia-debugdump

in a terminal window.

Detailed help information is available via the --help command
line option, or when no parameters are supplied.

In most cases, this utility is invoked by the
nvidia-bug-report.sh
(/usr/bin/nvidia-bug-report.sh) script. In rare cases, typically
when directed by an NVIDIA technical support representative,
nvidia-debugdump may also be invoked as a stand-alone diagnostics
program. The "dump" output of nvidia-debugdump is a binary blob
that requires internal NVIDIA engineering tools in order to be
interpreted.
