VDK distribution

VDK is made of three separated libraries:
- libvdk VDK core library, contains all Gtk+ wrapped widgets.
- libvdkcompo VDK components library, contains totally new widgets and others
interesting widgets
- libvdkgnome a gnome-aware components library (optionally build)
