POWL - web-based RDFS/OWL Publisher/Browser/Editor/Modeler

Powl aims to be a PHP semantic web development platform with integrated web based knowledge engineering frontend.
Features of the final 1.0 release will include:

- web enabled editing publishing and versioning of RDF / RDFS / OWL models,
- support for webservices for publication and editing of models,
- a variety of user configurable editing widgets for different datatypes,
- a sophisticated authentification scheme, which allows a fine grained exposition of features and model data,
- clear API interface on different application levels as well as an application framework for knowledge enabled web applications.
