The 'kotowaza' files have been taken from the 'kotowaza of the day' posted
in usenet a long ago; but changed to fortune format and the explanations
not included.
Here is the original README file; at the ftp sites listed below you
should be able to get the whole archive with the explanations of
each kotowaza.
