Post Installation
================

On Gnome 2.24 or newer
----------------------

- With the Applet

1. Add the applet (GlobalMenu PanelApplet) to the panel.
2. Enable the Gtk Plugin from the preference window of the applet.

- With Gnome Panel

Enable the following gconf keys via gconf-editor
 apps/gnome_settings_daemon/gtk_modules/globalmenu-gnome-panel
Add Panel Menu Bar to the top panel if it is not already there


On Gnome 2.22 or older
----------------------

1. Edit your .bash_profile, add

export GTK_MODULES=globalmenu-gnome
}}}

2. Add the applet (GlobalMenu PanelApplet) to the panel.
