Libconcord, part of the concordance project, is a library that allows you
to talk to Logitech Harmony universal remote controls (as well as other
similar remotes).

It's default client is called concordance and is also available as part
of the concordance project. The library is release under the GPLv3.

see the concordance source code for a complete example of how to use
them.
