to explicitly specify which packages are to be installed. It is
simply a list of package names. For an example, see the file
<FONT FACE="Courier, monospace">'auto_inst.cfg.pl'</FONT> that was
placed in your <FONT FACE="Courier, monospace">/root/drakx</FONT>
after a graphic install. The general form is as follows:</P>

you want installed, then use the following:</P>

expecting.</P>

contents of the <FONT FACE="Courier, monospace">auto_inst.cfg</FONT>
or <FONT FACE="Courier, monospace">auto_inst.cfg.pl</FONT> files, you
may have noticed that the list does not contain all the packages that
are installed in a system (<FONT FACE="Courier, monospace">rpm -qa |
sort</FONT>). This because a new approach is being used in an
attempt to reduce the size of the files on the diskette. Basically,
this means that packages 'required' by the listed ones do not have to
be explicitly included in the list.</P>
