bcm43xx-fwcutter can be used to extract the firmware files needed by the bcm43xx driver
from its Windows driver.
Unfortunately Broadcom does not allow distribution of the firmware files and
does not support any real operating system; therefore this complicated way is
the only way to get the firmware.
If you can, boycott Broadcom until they change their stance.
