2. Packet types:

	2.1 VQP Request - Join Port (0x01)

		This packet is sent by VMPS client to VMPS server
		requesting VLAN Name for (Port, MAC). For MAC address
		the whole "joining" etherent packet - the first packet 
		encountered on port - is sent.  VMPS server uses only 
		source MAC address, but it can be probably used for 
		different VLAN classifications, other than based on MAC.

		Other possibility is that Data Record 0x06 is sent, which
		holds the MAC itself. This is used when port changes from 
		static to dynamic. In this case MAC in Data Record 0x06 is
		00 00 00 00 00 00.

		VMPS server send this packet to the client for 
		positive response on 0x01 request. Error response
		contains only header.

	2.3 VQP Request - Reconfirm (0x03)

		This packet is sent by VMPS client to VMPS server
