    HPIC Pixelization In C (HPIC)


This project aims to provide a clean, object-oriented C library that implements
the healpix algorithms developed by Gorski, Wandelt, Hivon, Hansen and Banday.

This library can be used directly in C/C++ programs, and there is also a Perl
module that provides an interface to the library.  Several useful command-line
utilities are also provided.
