Patch by Robert Scheck <robert@fedoraproject.org> for perl(DateTime::Format::Excel) >= 0.31, which fixes
the upstream build requirement for perl(DateTime), as per RPM versioning 0.1705 > 0.50, but according to
CPAN versioning 0.50 > 0.1705.
