href="../boost_random/reference.html#boost_random.reference.concepts.pseudo_random_number_generator" title="Pseudo-Random Number Generator">pseudo-random number generator</a> . It uses the linear congruential algorithm with the parameters a = 0x5DEECE66D, c = 0xB, m = 2**48.
