This library (libpolyxmass) starts as the merge of two libraries
heavily used by the GNU polyxmass project's modules polyxdef,
polyxcalc, polyxedit: libpxmutils and libpxmchem. The two libraries
were at version 0.7.0 at the time they were merged to produce
libpolyxmass.
