A: We have not built binaries for other distributions yet. If you would like to
become a part of the team and build binaries for your favourite distribution

Q: Does gTweakUI compile on any other distrubution apart from Fedora?

A: It should as long as you have the correct version of programs needed to
compile and install the source.
