<li><b>Quantum:</b> Number of bytes to send out per slot and round.</li>
<li><b>Perturbation:</b> Timer period between changing the hash function.</li>
<li><b>Limit:</b> Upper limit of queue in number of packets before SFQ starts dropping packets.</li>
<li><b>Divisor:</b> Hash table divisor, i.e. size of hash table. </li>
