<p>On indique les informations bibliographiques — nom du morceau, du
compositeur, numéro d’opus… — dans un bloc à part, le bloc
d’en-tête <code>\header</code>, qui existe indépendamment de l’expression
musicale principale. Le bloc <code>\header</code> est habituellement placé
en début de fichier, après le numéro de version.
