PySBIG module
-------------

This module can read SBIG files and give you a numpy array for 
the data and a dictionary for the headers.

Installing
----------
This module require numpy to be installed you can get numpy 
at: http://numpy.scipy.org

To install the module untar the package goto the directory and 
run:

python setup.py install

Example Usage
-------------

import PySBIG

sbig = PySBIG.PySBIG("mysbigfile.st9")

data = sbig.getData();  #two dimentional array
headers = sbig.getHeaders(); #dictionary

NOTE: Now there is a module that uses a C function to uncompress each line,
it is around 40 times faster. To use it substitude PySBIG with cPySBIG.

sbig = cPySBIG.cPySBIG("mysbigfile.st9")

o Have less same code in both cPySBIG and PySBIG.
