ninja-1.5.8.1-11.i686.rpm

Hello, thanks for reading the README file.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have an problems, questions, or even suggestions, send electronic
mail to jdrake@qoop.org. All messages will be returned within a day.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

New versions can usually be found from:

ftp://ninja.qoop.org/
http://ninja.qoop.org/

binaries can be found on the web at http://ninja.qoop.org/ninja/binaries/

If the you think the version there isn't the newest, you're probably right.
Working from a 33.6 has it's distribution disadvantages. Anyways, if you
want the newest version send nagging email to jdrake@qoop.org

*** SCRIPT INFO ***
If you are interesting in writing a script to go along with Ninja IRC
you are encouraged to do so. I will do my best to answer any questions
about scripting. Basically it is ircii scripting with a few additions.

*** NEW STUFF ***
Check ChangeLog for a semi-detailed update list..

If you are upgrading from 1.5.4 or earlier, you probably want to run
the "migrate.sh" script as all users that used ninja.. If you have a
userbase that uses it, let them know in the motd or something.

Auto-update server is in place, although it needs work..

*** UPCOMING ***
Encrypted DCC CHAT and other stuff (using SSH style encryption)
Possibly some decent Help stuff and Documentation...
Perhaps some asynchronous DNS resolving..
more friends stuff.. so they can remove hosts, etc
anything else that may be suggested...

*** STARTUP LOGOS ***
If you want to draw a start up logo, or know someone who would, they would
be much appreciated and will be put into the source immediately. Logos
should be ASCII, ANSI, or MIRC. (please try not to compress the ansis)

*** BINARY CONTRIBUTIONS ***
Just do "make package" and put it in the incoming directory. If you have
ncftp 3.x installed (with ncftpput) use "make contrib".

Thanks again for reading all this babble...
