<p class='vspace'>A number of reports show results in a bucketized format. The buckets can be defined by clicking on the clock icon in the upper right corner of such screens.

<p class='vspace'>The popup window allows you to define:
</p><ul><li>The start and end date for the report.
</li><li>The size of the buckets:
<ul><li><strong>Standard</strong>:<br />   A telescopic horizon with a bucket size that increases as we go further out in the future.<br />   You'll get the next 2 weeks in daily buckets, followed weekly buckets for the next 2 months, and monthly buckets for the rest of horizon.
</li><li><strong>Week</strong>:<br />   Weeks starting on Monday.
</li><li><strong>Month</strong>:<br />   Calendar months.<br />   Note that week and month boundaries are not aligned: a week may be part of 
</li><li><strong>Quarter</strong>:<br />   Groups 3 calendar months.
</li><li><strong>Year</strong>:<br />   Calendar years.
</li></ul></li></ul><p class='vspace'>The settings you select are saved and will apply to all bucketized reports you open. The settings can also be edited from the user preferences screen.
</p>
<p class='vspace'>An administrator can update the bucket boundaries by manipulating the records in the <em>dates</em> table: In this way you can set up the buckets that are relevant for your organization, and also give the buckets the labels you prefer.
