<p class='vspace'>This unit test verifies the behavior of procurement buffers in a number of scenario's.<br />The different cases are:
</p><ol><li>Base scenario.
</li><li>Procure in multiples.
</li><li>Procurement with miniumum size, maximum size and in multiples.
</li><li>Invalid parameters for size constraints.
</li><li>Procurement with minimum and maximum interval.
</li><li>The full monty. Procurement with minimum interval, maximum interval, miniumum size, maximum size and in multiples.
</li><li>Procurement with fixed interval.
</li><li>Procurement in fixed quantity.
</li><li>Procurement in fixed quantity with fixed interval.
</li></ol><p class='vspace'>In all these cases the demand is directly placed on the procured item (i.e. no bill of of material is involved at all) and the demand pattern is also identical.<br />The test runs first an unconstrained plan, followed by a constrained plan.
