<p>Use particularly for representing <code>0</code> and <code>I</code>.</p>
<p>This is a class of blackbox square scalar matrices. Each scalar matrix occupies O(scalar-size) memory. The matrix itself is not stored in memory, just the scalar and the dimensions. </p>
