Version 2.7 adds support for Kayah Li, Lepcha, Ol Chiki, Saurashtra, Shan, Sundanese, and Vai
	and recognizes full width numerals.

Version 2.6 makes M the default for thousands when generating Roman numerals
and adds the variable Uninum_Generate_Roman_With_Bar_P. 

Version 2.5 adds support for variant forms of Roman numerals.

Version 2.4 adds the graphical number conversion program NumberConverter
and makes miscellaneous minor changes.

Version 2.3 fixes numerous bugs, adds a number of checks for invalid arguments, and
eliminates a number of memory leaks. It also adds support for Verdurian and for
the duodecimal form of Tengwar used by Elves.

Version 2.2 adds to numconv options for specifying the input and output files.
Several additional number systems are supported. Numerous bugs have been
fixed and a number of memory leaks eliminated.

Version 2.1 adds several number systems, provides the ability to insert group
	delimiters, and provides a completely rewritten numconv, for which
	a manual page is now available.

Version 2.0 adds conversion from numbers to strings.

Version 1.3 adds a Tcl API.

Version 1.2 adds several number systems and extends support for Chinese.

Version 1.1 fixes a bug in Chinese, adds support for several additional number
systems, and adds conversion of numbers in bases 2 through 36. Results may now be
returned as objects of type mpz_t for further multiple precision computation.
The installation process has been improved.
