Known Bugs

2006-04-17 Outlines sometimes are 1 pixel off or have double lines, e.g. when
           two sides are connected (with the dvd case for example).

2006-04-19 Contents renderer could do better when the contents does not fit, e.g.
           try another layout strategy or squeeze the lines or font width.

2006-04-19 Subtitle alignment is not correct if the title is too wide
           (see example/ds9-season1 with cd-standard-cover)

2006-04-17 Draw cutting/folding helper lines outside the edges of the sides.

2006-04-18 Currently image and effect resolution is limited to screen resolution
           (due to a Qt limitation). We could render effects in screen resolution
           but use printer resolution for the images.

2006-04-19 Vertical position (mainly of title+subtitle) should have more than 3
           positions.
