<DD>Allocate a APRON manager linked to the pkgrid library, using the
(loose or strict) polka manager <VAR>manpk</VAR> and the PPL grid manager
<VAR>manpplgrid</VAR>. If one of the argulment manager is not of the right
type, returns <CODE>NULL</CODE>.
