SYNOPSIS

'git verify-tag' <tag>...

DESCRIPTION

Validates the gpg signature created by 'git tag'.

OPTIONS

-v::
--verbose::
	Print the contents of the tag object before validating it.

<tag>...::
	SHA1 identifiers of git tag objects.
