<p>This implements the PayPal Express Checkout process.</p>

<p>Use flow:</p>
<ol type="1">
<li>use <a class="el" href="classWt_1_1Payment_1_1PayPalService.html" title="This is a PayPal service class.">PayPalService</a> to create a <a class="el" href="classWt_1_1Payment_1_1PayPalExpressCheckout.html" title="A paypal express checkout process.">PayPalExpressCheckout</a> instance.</li>
<li><a class="el" href="classWt_1_1Payment_1_1PayPalExpressCheckout.html#aeb2b74f64b1d0bd7f72d8040047dcc8f" title="Setup the transaction.">setup()</a> - sends SetExpressCheckout API call returns a result signal.</li>
