This is provided by 3rd party libraries like <a href="http://www.boost.org/libs/bind/bind.html">Boost</a> or <a href="http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2005/n1836.pdf">C++ TR1 Library Extensions</a>.</p> <p>You can use boost::bind() or std::tr1::bind() to <i>bind</i> a number of arguments to a function when called.
