 sendKindle
============

CLI tool for sending files via email to your Kindle device.

This program is maintained, but not further developed. Bugs will be fixed, but no new features will be added. If you want to work on this program, don't hesitate to contact me, I will gladly assign you to the development team.

Running
=======

You can run the tool directly simply by::

  $ ./sendKindle.py FILE...

or by::

  $ python sendKindle.py FILE...

(use --help option of course if you don't know this tool yet)

Installation
============

You can install this tool using `distutils <http://docs.python.org/install/index.html#install-index>`_, `setuptools <http://peak.telecommunity.com/DevCenter/setuptools>`_ or `pip <http://pip.openplans.org/>`_ and have it in your PATH that way.

The recommended way::

  # easy_install -U sendKindle
  
That will find, download and install the latest available version of the program.
