timeit (timeit.pl test.pl)

    Basic timing test.  Speedy should be around 10x or better than perl
    on this test.  If not, there may be a problem.


check_syms

    Used by the makefile to check .o files for symbols that shouldn't
    be exported.  Almost all exported symbols should start with "speedy"


build_package (build_rpms build_solpkg build_bsdpkg)
    
    Build binary packages.


build_index

    Build index.html for the binary packages.


perlvars

    Builds definitions used in speedy_perl.c for accessing perl variables.
