LC_Card_ReadBinary: Added a check for end of data.
The special response 82/82 is now recognized (this flags the end of data
which isn't in every case an error. In cases were we don't now in advance
the data size to read the read command simply stops now at EOF).

Added new friendly name of those cyberJacks to reader description file.
Unfortunately Reiner SCT decided to change the friendly names of their readers
so the current comparison strings don't match anymore. As a result cyberJacks
aren't recognized as such but as generic CCID readers. However, this isn't
much of a problem because the commands are mostly the same.

Fixed a problem with command PerformVerification_Ascii.
Maybe we will have to work more on that one, but for now verfication of the
PIN of a SECCOS card is possible.
However, changing the PIN is not yet possible with those cards, but I will
address that one later.

Removed ressource manager completely.
We now use pcsc as ressource manager. There is no need for libchipcard's
own ressource manager anymore since PC/SC Part 10 and its implementation
in most modern IFD drivers, so secure PIN input and modification is now
possible via standard APDUs. Also latest beta versions of pcsclite include
a pcscd daemon which now only connects the reader as long as a client needs
a reader. This obsoletes libchipcard's own ressource manager.
This allows me to concentrate on card implementations without having to
maintain the ressource manager.
The CTAPI-wrapper around libchipcard has also been removed since there
already are such wrappers for pcsc directly.
This makes for a lean but mean version of libchipcard.

Fixed a problem with newer libccid. Newer releases of libccid no longer report the driver version in the ProductString message, so in this case we assume that libccid is in fact newer than 1.1.0. This fixes the problem of Libchipcard no longer being able to make a reader verify the pin via keypad.

Added support for PCMCIA bus using libHAL, prepared release 4.2.2 - added support for libccidtwin driver (comes with libccid) - fully create ChangeLog from git-log - renamed LC_Device_BusType_UsbTty to LC_Device_BusType_Tty and also use it for PCMCIA-TTY devices

Added a section about using signals to trigger hardware scans to README. Increase the waiting time used in GWEN_Io_Manager_Wait (thus reducing the number of wakeups for the process).
