	* Makefile openclipart.spec.in: Added Paul Howarth's awesome changes
	to be able to build rpm packages of the clipart! Awesome!

	* INSTALL: updated instructions on making rpm packages.

	* nsis/*: Upgraded to my best installer code yet! Full lang support,
	plus the works! This will need to be tested, but really improves upon
	the old nsis code.

	* nsis-old: I'm including the old nsis code just in case.

	* Makefile: Added a bzip directive to make the bzip2 package. Added
	directives for full, svgonly and tools packages. This Makefile now
	does everything pretty needed for the packaging.  Also, need to add to 
	this the ability to do something with the AUTHORS, etc. Added win32
	'nsis' directive to build the win32 installer. Fixed default folder to
	be /usr/share/clipart!

	* nsis/*: added all win32 installer files to the build procedure.

	* INSTALL: Added install instructions for the clipart and howto 
	do packaging.

	* AUTHOR AUTHOR.in: Removd AUTHOR and made AUTHOR.in which will be
	a base file that others are cat'd into to make a uniq sorted list.

	* openclipart.spec.in: Added basic spec...not working though.
