TV Channel Arte. http://plus7.arte.tv/

Sadly, this service is only available for IPs within Austria, France, Germany,
Belgium and Switzerland.

Installation:

Install the plugin (with root access) to $(DESTDIR)/usr/lib/totem/plugins/

$ make
$ sudo make install
