helpful information about a particular point in a widget.</p>
<p>This event can be intercepted in applications to provide
tooltips or "What's This?" help for custom widgets. The <a href="qevent.html#type">type</a>() can be either <a href="qevent.html#Type-enum">QEvent.ToolTip</a> or <a href="qevent.html#Type-enum">QEvent.WhatsThis</a>.</p>
