If you do not pass a statement resource as an argument to

message associated with the last attempt to return a statement resource,
for example, from <span class="function"><a href="function.db2-prepare.html" class="function">db2_prepare()</a></span> or
<span class="function"><a href="function.db2-exec.html" class="function">db2_exec()</a></span>.
