For project committers

Packaging a release:

- update version number in
	- pom.xml
	- build.xml

- ensure that you have pgp installed and that you create own keys (see
https://docs.sonatype.org/display/Repository/How+To+Generate+PGP+Signatures+With+Maven)

- call ant bundle

- upload target/bundle.jar to
https://oss.sonatype.org/index.html#staging-upload
with Upload Mode: Artifact Bundle

- go to https://oss.sonatype.org/index.html#stagingRepositories and release the repository
