This will return an array with the output handlers in use (if any). If
<a href="outcontrol.configuration.html#ini.output-buffering" class="link">output_buffering</a> is enabled or
an anonymous function was used with <span class="function"><a href="function.ob-start.html" class="function">ob_start()</a></span>,
<span class="function"><strong>ob_list_handlers()</strong></span> will return "default output
handler".
