angle of <em><code class="parameter">alpha</code></em> and ends at an angle of
<em><code class="parameter">beta</code></em>. It is drawn counterclockwise (use
<span class="function"><a href="function.ps-arcn.html" class="function">ps_arcn()</a></span> to draw clockwise). The subpath added
to the current path starts on the arc at angle <em><code class="parameter">alpha</code></em>
and ends on the arc at angle <em><code class="parameter">beta</code></em>.
