	 - "rockchip.rk3288-dp-phy"
- clocks: from common clock binding: handle to dp clock.
	of memory mapped region.
- clock-names: from common clock binding:
	Required elements: "24m"
- #phy-cells : from the generic PHY bindings, must be 0;
