<p>Lock each <em class="replaceable"><code>TARGET</code></em>. If any
<em class="replaceable"><code>TARGET</code></em> is already locked by
another user, print a warning and continue locking the
rest of the <em class="replaceable"><code>TARGET</code></em>s. Use
<code class="option">--force</code> to steal a lock from another user
or working copy.</p>
