It is best described as a network-aware version of the <span class="command"><strong>svnadmin dump</strong></span> and <span class="command"><strong>svnadmin load</strong></span> commands, paired together and released as a separate standalone program. For example, to temporarily disable the use of the compression in the HTTP protocol, use <code class="option">--config-option=servers:global:http-compression=no</code>.
