To use the mumble web server, you need apache running (httpd service),
and to reload/restart it (service httpd reload or restart).

Then you can go to the followings URLs :

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mumble-server/weblist.cgi

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mumble-server/register.cgi

You will have to have to modify your configuration file to access to
the registration feature.
