ping

:Purpose: Pings a Bazaar smart server.
:Usage:   bzr ping LOCATION

:Options:
  --usage        Show usage message and options.
  -q, --quiet    Only display errors and warnings.
  -v, --verbose  Display more information.
  -h, --help     Show help message.

:Description:
  This command sends a 'hello' request to the given location using the bzr
  smart protocol, and reports the response.
