This is an Eclipse project. The resulting JAR can be made with the
bnd utility/plugin. You can find more information about bnd at 
http://www.aQute.biz/Code/Bnd. The org.osgi.impl.bundle.bindex.bnd
file is the bnd recipe. If you use the bnd program as an Eclipse
plugin, just select it, call up the context menu and select 
"Make Bundle".
