Since these files are not bundled in the software itself, the copyright is not written here. The copyright and credits of the files stored on the Flukz server can be found on the Flukz server. ================= Note about the copyright and Flukz Team ============= The copyright of Flukz (source code and other ressources directly related to the software) is held by the Flukz Team. Each member of the Flukz Team can be considered individually as a full copyright holder on the totality of Flukz, except that no individual member can change the license of any part of Flukz. Any change of the license is allowed only to the Flukz Team as a whole by a 75% majority vote of the active members. Moreover, no individual member of the Flukz Team can block a change of the license decided by such a vote. This possibility of changing the license cannot be used to close the source code of any part of Flukz. It is intended to keep the possibility as a community to release part or all of Flukz under a different open-source license, for compatibility sake with other projects (for example, to make part of Flukz available to the Qt library if needed), or to adapt the license to legal or social evolutions. An active member is defined as a member listed in the Flukz Team below, who had at least some involvement in Flukz development in the last 2 years. In case of fork or split in the Flukz Team, the community that retains the biggest number of members listed in Flukz Team AT THE TIME OF THE FORK keep this right to change the license of the code by a 75% majority vote. Other communities that were not able to retain the biggest number of members of the Flukz Team cannot change the license, and must continue the development only under the terms of the license at the time of the fork. If it is not immediately clear by a significant difference in the number of FLukz Team members which community should be considered as the biggest one, then several "biggest" communities can keep the right to change the license. If a new community that was initially too small to obtain the right to change the license grows sufficiently big, it is recommended that the other communities accept the new community as a new major community, with the right to changing the license. Finally, if the Flukz development community is splitted to the point that there are major disagreements on which community has the right to do what, then the Flukz code at the origin of the forks can be considered as released in the public domain, and each community can continue the development under its own prefered rules. ================== Note about contributions to Flukz ======================= If you contribute to Flukz source code, you agree to transfer the full copyright of your contributions to the Flukz Team. Please also note that a difference is made between "contributors" and "members of the Flukz Team". Any contribution to the software (including translation and packaging) grants you the right to be listed as a "contributor" (except if you don't want it), but only main regular contributors on an essential part of the software (including translation and packaging) can become members of the Flukz Team. There is no rule on the level of contributions needed to become a member of the Flukz Team. It is something decided arbitrarily by the current members. ================= Flukz Team =============================== David Allgayer since version 0.1 François Bonnet since version 0.2 Antoine Echelard since version 0.1 Julien Lemoine since version 0.1 Simon Viennot since version 0.1
