##      <pass>          Password to send, after sending name.
##      <style>         Optional authentication style, defaults to "authinfo".
##  <name> and <pass> can be an empty string (in which case the corresponding
##  information is not sent).  Note that a username is mandatory with AUTHINFO
##  USER/PASS authentication.
