href="#saving-and-retrieving-data" title="Permalink to this headline">¶</a></h2> <p>The simplest way to work with <a class="reference internal" href="../api/gridfs/index.html#module-gridfs" title="gridfs: Tools for working with GridFS"><code class="xref py py-mod docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">gridfs</span></code></a> is to use its key/value interface (the <a class="reference internal" href="../api/gridfs/index.html#gridfs.GridFS.put" title="gridfs.GridFS.put"><code class="xref py py-meth docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">put()</span></code></a> and <a class="reference internal" href="../api/gridfs/index.html#gridfs.GridFS.get" title="gridfs.GridFS.get"><code class="xref py py-meth docutils literal GridFS will handle reading the file in chunk-sized segments automatically.
