Intel Stratix10 SoC FPGA Manager

Required properties:
The fpga_mgr node has the following mandatory property, must be located under
firmware/svc node.

- compatible : should contain "intel,stratix10-soc-fpga-mgr" or
	       "intel,agilex-soc-fpga-mgr"

Example:
